Return Policy

Please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns. So please make your selections carefully. We disclose the condition of each item including any notable signs of wear. Kindly look at all of the photos, measurements and descriptions. You may email us with any questions. 

Insurance Fees

We insure all items costing $500 or more and all orders that total over $500. The insurance fees will be added to your shipping costs. This is to protect you and The Shop Austin. These fees will also apply to all VIP memberships even those who receive free shipping when they purchase over $500. 

Caring For Your Jewelry

The items you are purchasing are either vintage or one-of-a-kind. Some are antiques. We have checked them carefully and described them to the best of our ability. Please do handle them with care and kindness. 

*We highly suggest that you avoid wearing any glycolic acid, fruit acids, or retinols on your neck when wearing jewelry. The acids can erode the metal or the pearls. 

*Please do not tug or pull on your necklaces. Place them on your neck, lifting them gently to turn them as needed.

*Do not use hair sprays or facial mists when you are wearing your jewelry. Use these products before you put on your jewelry.

*Do not sleep in your jewelry.

*Store them in individual plastic bags or in cloth jewelry bags. Jewelry cases with velvet liners have glue that can tarnish the color of the gold over time.
